  There were 12 people waiting 'in que' for service while I watched 3 staff members standing around behind the back counter oblivious - apparently not interested, or trained, in basic customer service concepts. The music was also rather loud, and to me, annoying/distracting. In addition, the overpriced accessories made me really sorry I've locked myself into a contact with Verizon. They really should be ashamed of charging what they do for cheap electronic accessories (I was in there to replace a Verizon branded car charger that stopped working.)

  Does not deserve a single star! This location is not helpful and they will do as little as they can... you have to push them to actually correct any issue. They need to be trained and take a course in customer service.

  On 2-24-2018 I purchased a $49.99 "Invisible Shield" screen protector for my Samsung S8+.
  
  Less than 3 weeks later, the screen protector will not stay attached to my phone. I returned the defective screen protector, along with my proof of purchase and asked for a replacement, the sales associate stated all returns & warranty were handled through the manufacture and I had to return it. $9.99 to return it. The $9.99 is postage for my replacement, then I have 60 days to return my defective one, at my expense as well. Never would I recommend this "Invisible Shield". Save Your $49.99!
  
  VERIZON, your customers expect better customer service. Its time for you to train your associates to be more interested in customer service instead of high pressure sales, and NOT standing behind what you provide to your customer.
