  Pros: Always felt safe here. Lack of noisy neighbors because single level only. Grounds well maintained. Management generally responsive to tenant's requests. Good grace period for paying rent. They take personal checks too. Lots of storage space!
  Cons: Never could rid apartment of mold smell even after having carpets cleaned.
  Mildew on walls even with fan and dehumidifier unit running all the time. Kitchen has serious lack of counter space,
  Kinda out dated. Some of these units probably need a serious remodeling.
