  I don’t typically write reviews but I want to do so with this one. When I called to get my appointment taken care of I ordered a massage and asked if a full body massage was included with that. The lady on the phone told me yes, so I took her word for it and made the appointment. I also asked to schedule my appointment with my friend so we don’t have to wait. They said no problem you can fill out paperwork while she gets a massage I was like ok. I waiting in their foot bath room for an hour after my facial to get my massage. I let it go thinking they’re busy. When I got into the room the masseuse told me I don’t have to undress this is a face massage. I told her I was informed that it was a full body massage too. So I asked to speak to the clerk. She kept telling me that on the instructions it says it’s a face massage but I asked on the phone and they told me otherwise.long story short the clerk admitted that she told me it included a full body massage but they refused to pay me back my money. So I asked if instead I can get a massage. She said no and that she had clients after me. I didn’t understand why because it was not my fault and I was still paying for it. So I still had to pay even if I refused to get that face massage and even if it was their fault. So I paid and went in the back to do my massage and she did a 30 minute instead of a 45 which is what I paid for cause I was at the desk. I think their customer service is terrible. They’re expensive. The massage therapist did offer to massage half my back in the room which I accepted but I will def not be returning. God bless
