  Took a portable gas fireplace in for repair, told the person behind the desk it was working on natural gas for the past year and worked just fine and that this year the pilot would not stay on. Almost 90 dollars later said they cleaned it and it works fine. Got it home and still doesn't work. Took it back and was told it works on propane. Guess they didn't care I said natural gas and did what they wanted.
