  Had my second appointment today, witch was specifically made to have the harmony test done. When I showed up they had no clue what I was there for. The obgyn ( Dr. Percy)didn’t knock when entering (they failed to mention they share patients so you never have the same dr.) after I asked about a birth plan, and stated that I didn’t want clamps or suction cups used on my baby she became passive aggressive and slammed the door on the way out. When the nurse came in to do the blood work she “marked my arm” by pushing the wooden end of a cotton swab over my vein before she drew blood. She also spoke out of her occupation regarding my ultrasound, completely undermining what the tech whom preformed the ultrasound had told me and my husband. This office is very unprofessional, rude and, uncaring (especially to first time moms with questions and concerns)

  Love Dr Ramsden. He was my Dr throughout my first pregnancy and now for my second. Very quick and to the point. I hate waiting all day to go back.i usually get in and out on my lunch break. It's fantastic!
