  In response to Jaymes Lane:
  You were seen in consult in 2014 for a life threatening condition and never followed up to my office. Nobody is ever asked to pay up front for any services provided -- unless it is for a cosmetic procedure. We did offer a payment plan for you however complained you can not afford the 25 $ per month as you "are a college student". I would suggest taking some personal responsibility for your health, The amount owed is NOWHERE what you implied. Shame on you.
