  Receptionist (April) extremely unfriendly and was disrespectful to all the patients, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing in annoyance, etc. she was very unhelpful and made me feel very unwelcome. Even the exceptionally old ones, she tried to make Things harder for me just because I noticed her attitude when others hadn’t. She tried to make me do extra unnecessary things to take up my time because she knew I was upset, I was not acting with any hostility whatsoever. When I called to get her name, she just kept saying “why you need my name for?” repetivley, and when I asked to speak to a manager she “hung up” but kept it where her and the nurses could hear, until I brought up her attitude and she quickly hung up. Missed my appointment because of this, tired of people like this.
