  Me too.
  I've been living in the same home for over 5 years. In the last 2 several installed items have broken, only appliances get repaired (dishwasher, refrigerator etc.) My dock has washed away in a storm, I had to clean it up, but got no repair - it's still half there, and I'm sure the neighbors love that (does good for property values). My Master bath sink corroded through, and they just pulled the drain and left the pipe open to the bathroom. A front Slider double pane window has been broken for 3 years. The Entry Door to the three season room doesn't seal closed, and the roof leaks - none of which have been addressed. Now the Garage Door Opener doesn't work. Yet I pay my rent faithfully every month. The Agency needs to either pay to get the repairs done or cancel their agreement with the slum lord owner (a DR in PC).
