  I never actually saw Dr. Daffin, despite having waited 7 weeks for an appointment and having my medical records faxed to his office, at my expense, from my previous doctor. Why? Because his office told me that they did not want me as a patient, and asked me to leave, because I refused to give them my husband's social security number. That number is not required to file insurance, and having been a previous victim of identity theft I do not give SSNs out lightly. Dr. Daffin's staff was rude, condescending, and flat out lied to me by trying to tell me that my insurance company would not pay them if I did not provide my husband's SSN. Dr. Daffin is an excellent doctor; his office practices and his staff,however, are extremely sub-par.
