  So I legit just went to go pawn a brand new MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard. I called before i went up there and the guy told me to bring it up and he'll take a look at it. I get there and the man with black plugs in his ears, named Nick who is the owners son, breaks the factory seal on motherboards wrapping and smells it then turns to another employee and say, "Smell this. It doesn't smell new to me." Then he turns back to me and my sister and says, "I'll give you $10 for it because its been used." Now because of his stupidity of opening it, Its value has gone down because it is now opened. Like seriously, how unprofessional can you be just because I am a female you try to lowball me then in turn screw me over because now I can not sell it but for dirt cheap. This was $170 at best buy when my bf bought it. I'm only selling it because he went to jail and told me to sell it so i can put money on the phone so he can call his family. I will never go to 98 Pawn again and i seriously advise that no one else does especially if you're a female because they will only try to rip you off and make you feel like a complete moron. If I was the owner I'd fire both of them, and if that was the owner with the plugs in his ears, dude you need to learn some customer service skills and politeness because rudeness is only going to make you lose money in a business where you're entire job is to make money.
